Susan has 2 decades of experience working with children and families and has a Cambridge Degree in Education. She worked as a Social Worker for over 10 years, including the position of Team Manager. She has also worked as a SEN (Special Educational Needs) Nanny, in a day nursery and with disadvantaged children in both Mexico and The Philippines.
